Data collected and purpose

• Data collected through the contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional) and the message content. The data is sent by email at the time of submission and is never stored in any database or file on the server.
• Purpose: the data is used exclusively to reply to requests for information, quotes or support sent through the form.
• Legal basis: processing is based on the consent freely given when submitting the form, and on the execution of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject.
• Retention: data is kept for the time needed to handle the request and, afterwards, according to applicable legal obligations (e.g. tax/accounting, in case of a business relationship).

Processing methods and recipients

• Data submitted through the form is sent by email to JS required, hosted on the hosting provider's infrastructure.
• Data is never sold, shared or disclosed to third parties for commercial or marketing purposes.
• No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out.

Cookies

• This site does not use profiling cookies, nor third-party cookies for marketing or statistical purposes.
• No technical, session, or any other type of cookie is installed.

Third-party services

• This site does not use any third-party services: no fonts, scripts or resources are loaded from external servers. All page elements (fonts included) are hosted directly on this server.

Your rights

At any time you have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and data portability, by writing to JS required.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali, www.garanteprivacy.it) if you believe the processing violates applicable law.
